Keep on top of the change requests throughout your project planning and log the status, priority, description, impact and decision criteria ensuring you never lose track of the scope of your project. A Home page View showing a summary of all outstanding change requests across a User’s projects can also make it quick and easy to manage multiple change requests.

Risks can be easily logged against projects including ownership, monitoring method, description, mitigating action and ‘What if?’ action. TrackerRMS includes an auto-risk scoring system based on a combination of Impact and Likelihood which calculates the Priority. This can be viewed alongside the risks of other User’s project via a Home page View to ensure your project managers remained focused on the key priority issues.

Track and resolve issues effectively through the Issue tracking feature which logs the scope, source, status and description of issues as they arise. Resolution comes from the identification of Action Required and Action Taken as the project evolves keeping an audit for both the project and as a learning tool in post project reviews.

Most Project Managers prefer to distribute Change, Issues and Risk (CIR) information via Microsoft Excel™ to obtain updates or share the information. To simplify this process, TrackerRMS allows managers to both Export and Import these CIR files with one-click ensuring no double keying needed.

As part of the Project Management suite, a number of Management Dashboards are available given both Project Managers and Program Managers a fast and holistic view of activity across multiple projects.
