The Tracker Portal allows Project Managers to keep in touch with their Resources and share information about tasks, workload, timekeeping, document management and progress against plan. This information can also be shared with nominated clients through the Project Micro sites and key information can be published and shared easily ensuring your key stakeholders to be kept informed of progress 24 hours a day.
If Microsoft Project™ is not being used then a default set of project activities is automatically created and can be added to, changed or deleted easily to best fit the characteristics of the project.
Each and every Resource you create within TrackerRMS has free access to your own TrackePortal site, allowing them access to Timesheets, Expenses, a summary of their assigned project activities, online forms, availability planner and the ability to upload and share files with you. Full access and privileges can be set at the user level ensuring the right Resources gets access to the right features.

For those who like to share information with external clients, Project Microsites offers a great way to provide an online workspace that can include both internal and external stakeholders, each having controllable access to the various plans, documents and actions relating to the specific project.

As well as those projects created as a result of winning an Opportunity, Internal Projects can also be created allowing all Resources to book to centralised activities such as Holidays or specific internal projects not related to clients.
