Assigning the right people to the right projects is quick and simple and managers can be as detailed as they wish when locating Resources.
Finding Team Members can be based on their Availability, Skills, Location, Profile, CV or any number of other search criteria available through the Advanced Find function.
Once assigned, these Resources can be posted to specific tasks and dates and their hours worked logged through the in-built Timesheet and Expenses system. These timesheets and expenses can be authorised electronically with managers or clients via email and then used to auto-generate Invoice or Payment records for sending to the client or passing to your back-end Accounts application (e.g. Sage) for processing.
Whether you assign team members on their skills, availability, location or any number of the vast search parameters available to you, you’ll be able to identify and compare matching team members side by side to ensure the right people work on the right projects.

Once your search parameters have been set, the “long list” process lets you instantly see the availability of your prospected team, send communications to them and even use the Red, Amber, Green system to help you work through the allocation process efficiently.

The Full Text and Profile Search facility allows you to locate and assign the right team members and our search summary and profile summary feature allows you to compare skills for each person to appoint the right team.

As Resources are assigned to more and more projects over time, their capacity fluctuates and our capacity summary and availability planner ensure you make informed decisions when assigning team members.

Your project Resources can be assigned either a day rate or hourly rate (with hours in the working day) on each Project they are assigned to making the billing process completely automated when invoicing or approving timesheets.
