Auto skills coding takes your CV parsing to the next level. TrackerRMS allows you list all the candidate criteria your recruitment business needs to capture. Each time you parse or upload a CV, TrackerRMS will search the full text of the CV and update the skills in the candidate record automatically (Skills profile builder) For instance if you were looking for candidates that had achieved a degree level higher than a 2.2 but wanted to capture the result as a yes or a no then TrackerRMS will search for 1st and 2.1 and place a yes next to the skills in the candidate record.

TrackerRMS is fully integrated with your company website which allows relevant information to feed directly into your TrackerRMS system. Should you wish you can use the customisable online registration to replace your existing application form.
Candidates can carry out the registration process via your website, automatically creating a detailed candidate record on TrackerRMS including all personal, employment and skill information. This feeds directly into an applied section on TrackerRMS, automatically alerting your consultants if the new candidate matches any live jobs or works within a related area.
This process also gathers candidate references which can be automatically requested by TrackerRMS and attached to the candidate’s record. New candidates receive Login details to their TrackerRMS portal allowing them to update their availability on TrackerRMS and fill in their time sheets.
TrackerRMS will eliminate the possibility of duplicate candidate records with the Tracker duplicate detection system ensuring consultants are notified of duplicate records.

Candidates have the ability to update their availability online via their own Candidate portal. This directly feeds into TrackerRMS. Candidates can update their own diaries and mark whether they are free to work or unavailable saving consultant’s hours of administration. When searching for candidates you have the option to search against available candidates which would be fed from the availability planner.

This simple process allows candidates to enter their time sheets online and provide all relevant information including time splits, summaries and expenses for their assignments. These are then easily submitted to the client at the click of a button, and are just as easily returned and stored. From the timesheet you can auto generate a invoice for the approved time. Candidate use their unique logon and can only book time against their current assignments.

Once candidates have registered they automatically receive their own personal login details to access the candidate portal. From here candidates are able to update their availability and access timesheets. Should you wish candidates to be able to access certain documents then you can also share this with candidates on the candidate portal. Candidates are able to upload any documents into their file like a cv or a scanned copy of a password saving your consultants valuable time.
