Candidates have the ability to update their availability online via their own Candidate portal. This directly feeds into TrackerRMS. When searching for candidates you have the option to search against available candidates which would be fed from the availability planner.

This simple process allows candidates to enter their time sheets online and provide all relevant information including time splits, summaries and expenses for their assignments. These are then easily submitted to the client at the click of a button, and are just as easily returned and stored. From the timesheet you can auto generate a invoice for the approved time. Candidate use their unique logon and can only book time against their current assignments.

Once candidates have registered they automatically receive their own personal login details to access the candidate portal. From here candidates are able to update their availability and access timesheets. Should you wish candidates to be able to access certain documents then you can also share this with candidates on the candidate portal. Candidates are able to upload any documents into their file like a cv or a scanned copy of a password saving your consultants valuable time.

After the initial registration process the candidates’ reference details are sent out via an online form by TrackerRMS.
