Yes, the registration object links directly to TrackerRMS so that new candidates
are instantly registered and can be searched against for possible postings. New
candidates who register with skills that may match a currently open job opportunity
will also be flagged for more prompt attention.
As required. Some clients who are new to CRM applications can get on with using
it straight away with little to no training at all. Clients who are replacing existing
processes sometimes require tailored training that ensures users know how existing
processes are to be followed using the new tools.
Each client has different requirements and the TrackerRMS team will tailor
its training to meet these requirements.
There is also a comprehensive online help facility containing step-by-step guides
and video tutorials.
Your data is backed up each and every day and a copy is stored both on-site (for
quick retrieval in the event of an issue) and off site (in case there is an issue
that affects the whole site).
The data is highly secure as our data-centre provider has very stringent security
policies including:
- Access to the building is gained via multi-level Card and PIN security systems
- CCTV Monitoring is performed by multiple colour PTZ (Pan, Tilt & Zoom) cameras
around the facility. Images are simultaneously recorded and monitored by both on-site
security personnel and a remote facility. Unauthorised activity in restricted areas
can be detected via the intrusion detection system that detects movement and alerts

Depending on the nature and criticality of the problem, our service levels start
at 24 hours. We constantly monitor the health of our application environments and
provide 99.9% networking uptime.
No, one of the key benefits of TrackerRMS is that upgrades are seamless and
require little to no involvement from the client unless it is new functionality
that they wish to use and setup.
TrackerRMS is generally updated 2 or 3 times per year and clients are notified
well in advance of the timings and the new features and benefits it will bring.
Typically 75% or all new enhancements are driven from feature requests submitted
by our clients and users and so upgrades are well received and highly valued.
Yes, if you choose to you can access your data from anywhere in the world as long
as you have a compatible browser (such as Internet Explorer 5.0 or above) and an
internet connection.
Note: All data is transferred via secure 128bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology
which is the same method used by banks and online eCommerce sites (such as Amazon
etc) and so this will need to be supported for you to access TrackerRMS information.
TrackerRMS? Answer
No, the core TrackerRMS application is truly web-based and requires no on-site
installation. A minimum recommended specification can be provided for the machines
used to access the services but as a general rule, if the PC is running Windows
XP then it is sufficient enough to use TrackerRMS.
There are some optional components such as the Microsoft® Outlook™ Synchronisation
Manager which can be installed on the local machine to offer useful functionality
but are not mandatory components for using TrackerRMS.
