Home/Amersham Based Account Manager
Due to growth we are seeking a highly organised, proactive and creative candidate to support the business in a wide range of activities. The main purpose of this role will be to offer level 1 support to all existing clients and support the team in all aspects of Account Management and Training.
Deliver on site/web based training on a weekly basis to clients
Contact all existing clients on a regularly basis and offer support/training
Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure all problems are dealt in order for the business to maximise renewal opportunities.
Create and deliver marketing campaigns and explore new marketing channel
Update the website content and review website statistics
Update the software help file and create training videos
Be the first point of call for all queries whether they are new business or system fault related.

Job Description:
Technical architecture, design and development (the enhancement or redevelopment of web, mobile web, smartphone and application integration platforms)Innovation (investigating and implementing new features and 3rd party tools to enhance the platform, user experience or competitiveness of the products)Data Migration (working either independently from or with our data migration partner to develop migration scripts and solutions from existing platforms)Ticket Management (reacting to, problem solving and actioning 2nd line tickets to service levels including Faults, Service Changes and Feature Requests)New Client Launch (improving the speed and processes for new clients to trial our software and move to a production service with near-zero touch)Internal requests (working with internal teams and/or partners to address internal needs i.e. the website, email, file stores etc)Work with the sales team to assist in the planning of future releases and features
Communicate development and project status to senior management and/or clients
Develop tactical software modifications and reports for clients
