When a resume enters Tracker, the system scans it for relevant skills, experience, keywords, and role history. It then surfaces the most qualified candidates based on the requirements of the open role.

Can TrackerAI replace human recruiters?

No. TrackerAI is built to handle the repeatable, time-consuming parts of the workflow so your recruiters can focus on relationships, client conversations, and complex placement decisions. The judgment calls, the relationship building, the nuanced client and candidate conversations, those stay with your team. TrackerAI removes the admin that gets in the way of doing that work well.

Is TrackerAI included with my plan?

Is candidate data secure in TrackerAI?

Yes. Tracker’s platform includes GDPR and CCPA compliance tools, role-based access controls, and data security measures designed for the staffing industry. AI features operate within these same compliance controls. TrackerAI does not use your candidate data to train AI models or share it outside your platform environment.

Does TrackerAI make hiring decisions automatically?

No. TrackerAI surfaces information, generates content, and ranks candidates based on configurable criteria, but it does not make autonomous hiring decisions. Every action requires recruiter review and approval. The platform is designed to support human judgment, not replace it.

What is EVA and how does it work?

EVA is Tracker’s conversational AI assistant that lives across all records in the system, currently in beta. It lets your team interact with TrackerAI features through voice and text commands directly inside the platform. EVA is the interface layer on top of TrackerAI’s existing feature set.
