Sending Resumes is a fundamental part of the recruitment process and one of key focus in Tracker’s process workflow.
With support for both Document and Video Resume Sends and by either traditional Email or using the Online Client Portal, the consultant can be flexible to the individual needs of each client and candidate.
We distinguish between original resumes that are sent by Candidates and “Agency Resumes” that are typically reformatted by the Consultant or Resourcer and have a consistent branded appearance with headers and footers etc.

“Artificial Intelligence” and “Machine Learning” are often terms banded around this industry and although much of this is not truly understood by users, we have been applying this across Tracker’s ranking engine for many years.
To put this into context, most job board aggregators rank their results using a methodology adopted by most mainstream systems which focus on the search terms you are seeking, weighted and ranked based on their recency and prevalence within the resumes of the Candidates.
This is perfectly logical when all you have is the resumes themselves and more often than not, will produce solid results. However, by overlaying this with actual recruitment history stored within Tracker, you can apply a whole new perspective on ranked results.
So, for example, you can also assess each Candidate’s previous success (or failure) in similar roles or against the Client to which the Job relates, or factor the consensus of consultants who have previously engaged with these Candidates, it’s perfectly reasonable that this should influence rank. You wouldn’t rank a Candidate who has been rejected by the Client over another Candidate who has consistent interview/placement history…

Skills Profiling is fundamental to the categorization of Candidates, be that industrial knowledge, level of expertise or to identify those skills and attributes not literal within their resumes (such as a willingness to relocate or whether they are a graduate level candidate etc).
Our Skills Profiling includes “quick” Yes/No skills, ranked skills and dated skills so every aspect of a Candidate can be coded and used intelligently in subsequent searches.
With auto skill coding we can also assess resumes as they come into Tracker and automatically apply common skills such as specific technical knowledge or skills we can imply from the presence of specific words, phrases or acronyms found in the resume.

Long Lists can be built automatically from the Job Specification and with over 80 filters available, even the most detailed Long List searches can be performed. We support “private” Long Lists so each Resourcer can work on a single job independently of others with a common Shortlist.
