A Message from David Alonso

Founder & CEO of TrackerRMS

I worked in recruitment for many years before starting TrackerRMS. My passion for creating long lasting and fun relationships allowed me to grow from a junior recruiter working at a tech firm, to running my own successful recruitment business in one of the toughest recruitment markets in the world. The foundation of my success was the understanding that recruitment is a business built on relationships. Relationships matter. Sometimes in the hi-tech world we live in today, it’s easy to forget that.

Over the years, I grew increasingly frustrated that the crm systems available in the market weren’t really built to help me run my business with an equal focus on relationships and the bottom line.

There were a lot of venture-funded crm platforms targeting our industry with big investments backing them, but none of them really seemed to get our business from the perspective of someone that was actually in the trenches of the business every day. So after 6 years of owning the business, I decided to sell and form TrackerRMS with Andy Jones.

Our mutual passion for recruitment and building better business systems provided the fuel to get TrackerRMS started, and we quickly launched our initial product with good traction straight away. Customers understood that we knew the market well, and realized that we were able to put our personal experience to good use to build a product that would work for recruiters as well as business owners.

In 2013 I uprooted my family and moved to the US to open the San Diego office. I was so passionate that the North America market was vital to our growth, and I am delighted at how TrackerRMS has won over recruitment firms here as well. At TrackerRMS, our team are committed to always remembering that relationships are the foundation of success for our customers.

Our vision is to continue to support the SMB space and to help them grow their recruitment businesses by using TrackerRMS to build better relationships and to run their operations more effectively–the end result being increased growth and profitability, which is what our customers are all ultimately after.
