How does the LinkedIn ATS integration work in practice?

When LinkedIn RSC is active, candidate data flows between LinkedIn Recruiter and Tracker automatically. Recruiters see Tracker profile information directly inside LinkedIn, including notes, status, and prior activity. Actions taken in LinkedIn, like sending an InMail or updating a candidate’s stage, reflect in Tracker without requiring a separate update. It removes the duplicate work that happens when your sourcing tool and your ATS aren’t connected.

Can I connect Tracker to my existing job boards?

Yes. Tracker integrates with major job boards including Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and niche boards through multi-posting tools like Broadbean, LogicMelon, Jobmate, and idibu. You can post to hundreds of boards from inside Tracker and track application activity centrally. You don’t need to log into each board separately or manually import applications.

Does Tracker integrate with payroll and accounting software?

Yes. Tracker integrates with QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Sage Online, and Xero Accounting. The integration is two-way: Tracker generates invoices and payroll records from placement data and syncs them to your accounting software automatically.
