Our Q4 2021 Development Sprint included a myriad of Automation Triggers and Workflows to fully automate your recruitment funnel through Sequences for every step of your process, and for every element of your business.

Automated Sequencing allows for rules to be defined in order to move Contacts or Candidates to a specific Send List when data changes are made (e.g. a status, type, owner, source change, creation date, etc).

Automations available for Contacts, Leads, Jobs, Placements and Candidates in this initial launch.

Tracker Features and Plans for You
Share Reports to Teams, Groups and Departments

When sharing reports, users will be able to select one or more users as before, but also one or more departments, teams or user groups to share the report with.

Candidate App Health & Safety Questions Pop-Up

Optional and configurable questions to be added to the Check-In page of the Candidate App for use in collecting specific Health & Safety information as Candidates arrive on site.

Enhanced Match Jobs Function

When using the Match Jobs function within the Candidate record, users will be presented with a list of Jobs, as they are currently, but with a new “Compare” button that will popup a window showing the Job Description and Candidate Resume side by side for comparison.

Auto-Log Activity in the Placement Record

A new option to auto-generate activities whenever candidates are moved to a specific Placement status will be provided in the Placement Statuses section. These activities will be linked to the Placement and the user actioning the placement change. This includes initial assignment to the shortlist.

Bulk Text for Missing Timesheets

Missing Timesheet Candidates will be able to be reminded by both email and text message.

Bulk Email & Export Invoices

Ability to bulk email invoices from the Invoices list to multiple clients, as well as export all invoices listed to Quickbooks or Xero.
