Tracker + LinkedIn RSC+ integration: Evaluate every applicant in one place

We’ve got some news we’ve been excited to share.

Tracker is now one of the first ATS platforms in the world to go live with LinkedIn’s RSC+ integration, enabling Connected Projects for LinkedIn Hiring Assistant customers. That means if you’re using both Tracker and LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, you can now connect LinkedIn RSC to your ATS and evaluate your entire applicant pipeline in one unified place — regardless of where candidates applied.

Here’s what it does, why it matters, and how to get started.

The problem we’ve all been living with

LinkedIn is where great candidates live. Your ATS is where your recruitment operation runs. The result is a fragmented recruiting tech stack that costs your team real time every day. Manually cross-referencing candidates. Switching between platforms to piece together a full picture. Evaluating LinkedIn applicants separately from everyone else in your pipeline. It’s slow, it’s error-prone, and it’s the kind of admin work that keeps recruiters from doing what they’re good at.

LinkedIn’s RSC+ integration with Tracker fixes this. And it’s available now.

What the integration actually does

RSC+ builds on LinkedIn’s existing Recruiter System Connect framework and unlocks a feature called Connected Projects. When you enable it, your Tracker requisitions link directly to LinkedIn projects, and LinkedIn Hiring Assistant gets to work across your full applicant pool.

In practice, that means three things for your recruiting team:

  • A unified applicant pipeline. Every applicant, whether they came from LinkedIn, your career site, or anywhere else, appears in a single view inside LinkedIn Hiring Assistant. No more hunting across systems or worrying that a strong candidate got missed because they applied through the wrong channel.
  • Smarter AI evaluations. Hiring Assistant combines live LinkedIn profile data with the resume data already in Tracker to build a richer picture of each candidate. The evaluations it surfaces draw on both sources simultaneously, which means better matches and more confidence in every shortlisting decision. This is how you use AI to evaluate candidates faster without cutting corners.
  • Real-time sync back to Tracker. Hiring Assistant evaluation insights flow directly into Tracker as they happen. Your team always has full context, whichever platform they’re working in. This is what a true single source of truth for recruiting looks like in practice.

Why this gives Tracker agencies a real edge

Recruiters using LinkedIn Hiring Assistant are already saving four or more hours per role. RSC+ removes the last major friction point in that workflow: the gap between LinkedIn and your ATS. When your pipeline is unified, your evaluations are richer, and your data is syncing automatically; your team can move faster at every stage of the process.

For agencies where speed of placement is a competitive differentiator, which is most of them, that’s the kind of advantage that shows up in your numbers.

Get started today

To enable the standard LinkedIn RSC integration or the LinkedIn Hiring Assistant ATS integration in Tracker, you’ll need two things set up: either a LinkedIn RSC or RSC+ subscription, and the capability to enable integrations inside your Tracker instance.
