Cordelia Calderon

Cordelia has more than 10 years in staffing and recruiting and is now a Senior Sales Executive at Tracker. She spent eight years at Medix, rising from national recruitment adviser to regional director of recruiting, leading operations across multiple markets and helping grow the technology recruitment vertical. From 2021 to 2024 she was director of diversity, equity, inclusion & employee experience.

She sits on the ASA Women in Leadership interest group council, has spoken at ASA Staffing World® and as a keynote speaker, and has served as president of the associate board for Cara Collective. She believes great leadership empowers others to find and use their voice.
