What do I get with the Tracker Evolution plan?

The Tracker Evolution plan gives you access to the core ATS & CRM Features with the ability to add-on additional plans at a nominal fee including the Marketing Plan, Back Office Plan, Job Boards Plan, and Collaboration Plan, as needed.

Can I mix and match different users with different plans?

No. If you buy four Tracker Evolution plan licenses and you’d like to add the Back Office, Marketing, Collaboration and Job Boards plans, then those supplemental plans will also require four user licenses. The core (ATS/CRM) plan in conjunction with whichever add-on (Back Office, Marketing, Collaboration and Job Boards) plans you chose, is sold as a complete package per user. For example, the system does not allow for an account to purchase 4 ATS & CRM plans, 1 Back Office and two Job Board plans.

Sample User and Pricing Breakdown

Recruitment Firm ABC has 4 Users and purchases the core Evolution Plan (CRM/ATS), plus the Marketing Plan and the Collaboration Plan. Their cost would be:

(4) Tracker ATS/CRM Plans at $70/each for a total of $280 per month
(4) Marketing Plans at $20/each for a total of $80 per month
(4) Collaboration Plans at $10/each for a total of $40 per month

Total Monthly Cost for this customized Tracker Evolution Plan is $400 per month.

What is the contract length for the Tracker Evolution Plan?

The Tracker Evolution plan includes a 1 year annual contract.

Can I add or remove users during my contract period?

You may increase the number of licenses you have within the term of your contract and fees due on new licenses will pro-rated to the start of the current or next billing calendar month whichever is the closer at the date of the request. Following the initial term, you may reduce the number of licenses. Reduced license fees will not be refunded but will be reflected in the next billing cycle.

Are there additional storage fees?

Your core Evolution Plan will come with 20 GB of storage that is shared by all users and is automatically included with each Tracker account.

Additional Data Storage: Per 10 GB increments $100.00 per annum

What are the payment options for the Tracker Evolution Plan?

The Tracker Evolution Plan is typically paid via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) on a recurring, monthly basis. You can also pay annually and receive a 10% discount.

Can I import Data into Tracker Evolution?

Tracker Evolution comes with an importer that allows you to load in Companies, Contacts and Candidates via a spreadsheet import. If you wish to create candidates via resumes, you can simply let us know by logging a service change ticket alerting us to give you access to a resume import link. Charges may apply.

If you have a backup file from another ATS provider, we do offer Data Migration services. Please contact us for more information about migrating your data from another software vendor to Tracker.

What happens once I sign up for Tracker Evolution?

Once you have signed up for the Tracker Evolution Plan, you will schedule a Set-Up call with an implementation expert from our team. We will get you set up on the platform and then personally guide you through Implementation and Onboarding, Training, and more.

What is covered in my Setup Call?

Your setup call will go through and re-confirm what you have purchased and which plans are included. You will be able to discuss optional 3rd party add-ons such as TextUs, RightSignature, Jobs+, and so forth. Next, we will confirm your company details and needs such as internal submittals, if they are necessary. Finally, we will walk you through the LMS (Learning Management System), Help Files, and Next Steps.

If we are migrating data from your current ATS provider, we will detail what the next steps and actions will be to ensure a smooth transition.

What support do I receive with the Tracker Evolution plan?

In addition to our hands-on Implementation and Training, you will have access to Academy, our online learning management system, that offers step-by-step guides to all of the training you will need to be successful with Tracker. You will have access to live and on demand webinars that our team provides. Should you have any questions, you can email clientsupport@tracker-rms.com. Should you have an issue you wish to log you will have access to a client portal where you can log your issue and our standard SLA’s will apply.

Companies with over 20 users qualify for dedicated Account Management support including chat.

Can I send SMS with the Evolution Plan?

The Tracker Evolution Plan comes with the ability to send and receive SMS. The SMS service will need to purchase through our SMS provider TextUs. To add this to your package, simply mention it during your Setup Call or email our support team at clientsupport@tracker-rms.com.

Can I send electronic forms with the Tracker Evolution Plan?

The Tracker Evolution Plan comes with the ability to create and send custom forms with electronic signatures that come back into the ATS/CRM system. Should you wish to purchase this integrated feature from our electronic signature partner RightSignature, simply purchase this directly through RightSignature on their website.

Does VMS integration come with the Tracker Evolution Plan?

Yes, the Tracker Evolution Plan comes with the ability to integrate with JobRobotix for full VMS integration. Simply purchase the service directly from JobRobotix, and we will enable the integration.

Can I post my jobs to my website with the Tracker Evolution Plan?

Standard Integration

The Evolution package offers a standard integration that you would be responsible to embed into your company website using our help-files that are found in the LMS ( Learning Management System ). We don’t offer any guidance or support on the standard integration, it is self-service and designed for companies that have access to a web developer or digital marketing specialist that is familiar with i-frames and HTML code.

Jobs+ Add-On

No access to a web developer? Want us to do the heavy lifting for you? Jobs+ is designed just for that.
Jobs+ is a supplemental service which includes built-in technology that makes it easy to distribute jobs, not only to your own website, but also to leading job boards and aggregator sites.

With Jobs+, your job postings are automatically SEO’d or Search Optimized, giving you the best possible opportunity of ranking high on Google and other search engines. All of your jobs in the Jobs + environment are Google for Jobs optimized.

Additionally, you can alert candidates automatically by email when new job opportunities appear on your career site, as well as, Jobs + can be configured with your existing social media systems such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and more.

Jobs + remains at the cutting edge of emerging technology and trends, and with Tracker Evolution, your career site will remain up to date with the latest software changes and updates.

The cost of this additional service is $250 per month, per company, with a $500 one time setup fee.

With both options, applicant data is populated back into Tracker directly.

If I want to leave Tracker Evolution, do I get a copy of my Data? And, what format is it in?

All data is provided in a SQL Server backup file (.BAK) and can be accessed using a free download of SQL Server Express (https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/sql-server/sql-server-downloads). Documents are provided as a separate ZIP file for convenience.
