Switching to a new ATS is a major move, and your data is too valuable to leave to chance. Tracker’s dedicated implementation team manages every migration with expertise, precision, and fixed-price certainty, so the burden of success sits squarely with us.
With experience migrating data from over 100 different ATS and CRM platforms, including Bullhorn, Avionte, and more, we know that no two databases are the same. Every migration is scoped individually, with a clear process and defined expectations from day one.
Every Tracker onboarding package includes data migration, scaled to the size and complexity of your data. Whether you are moving core records or a full back office, there is a migration path designed for your needs.

What you can import:
Important to know: Direct import covers core records only. Relational data including activities, notes, emails, and work history requires a full migration. If your data needs significant cleaning, restructuring, or de-duplication before import, a small additional charge may apply. We will always confirm this upfront after reviewing your files.
Data migration is one of the most underestimated steps in any ATS or CRM transition. A well-executed migration gives your team full continuity from day one, with every contact, placement, and client relationship exactly where it should be. A poor migration can mean lost records, a harder-to-use system, and real disruption to your business.
That is why Tracker never charges hourly for migration work. All pricing is fixed, which means our incentive is the same as yours: get it right and get it right the first time.
While extracting data from your legacy system is your responsibility, our team brings years of recruitment industry experience across 100-plus migrations. We can advise on how to export your data and prepare it for transfer, and we configure every migration to match how your team actually works. No two migrations are the same, and our individualized approach ensures every piece of data makes sense the moment you log into Tracker for the first time.
