Core Onboarding Package

Best for agencies with straightforward data who want a fast, clean start

Starting simple? Direct import gets you moving fast.

Not every agency needs a full migration. If your core data lives in spreadsheets or you have a library of resumes to bring across, our direct import tool is a cost-effective way to get your records into Tracker quickly.

What you can import: 

  • Clients, contacts and candidates Import from Excel, CSV, or similar flat files for $250 per import file. Most ATS and CRM platforms allow data exports in these formats, making this a straightforward option for teams that want their core records without full migration complexity. 
  • Resumes and CVs Bulk parse existing resume documents in any digitally readable format (doc, docx, pdf) directly into Tracker. Full candidate records are created automatically, at $250 per import file for structured data and $100 per 1,000 resumes for document parsing. Ownership can be assigned by user, department, or source. 

 

Important to know: Direct import covers core records only. Relational data including activities, notes, emails, and work history requires a full migration. If your data needs significant cleaning, restructuring, or de-duplication before import, a small additional charge may apply. We will always confirm this upfront after reviewing your files. 

Prefer to start fresh?

Some agencies choose to launch Tracker without carrying over historical data. This is a popular option for newer agencies and for teams that no longer trust the quality of their existing records. We will configure your full system, including users, templates, and workflows, from scratch, so your team is ready to hit the ground running from day one.
