How much does Tracker cost?
Launch and Core are priced per user per month, in your currency, and are billed monthly. Professional and Enterprise are quoted to fit your team, so talk to sales for a tailored price. A one-time setup fee applies to new systems; annual billing is discounted against monthly.
What’s included in all Tracker plans?
Every plan includes unlimited candidate, job and placement records, the core ATS + CRM, onshore chat and email support, enterprise-grade encryption and GDPR tooling, and migration help from Bullhorn, JobAdder, and other systems.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Plans have a 6-month minimum term; after that you can cancel with notice from your account.
Is my data safe and secure?
Yes. Tracker runs on enterprise-grade encrypted infrastructure with role-based permissions, audit trails and GDPR tooling, and our AI works inside the same permissions each user already has.
Do you help with data migration from our current ATS?
Yes. Our team migrates your candidates, contacts, jobs and documents from Bullhorn, JobAdder, and most other systems as part of onboarding, and checks the data with you before go-live.
What kind of support do you offer?
Onshore chat and email support is included with every plan, along with onboarding, training resources and a dedicated success contact on the higher tiers. White-glove onboarding is part of the Enterprise plan.
Are job boards included in the pricing?
Tracker posts to 1,000+ job boards and supports multi-channel job board search on every plan, but the subscriptions to paid boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed are priced separately by those providers.
