Andy is the co-founder and CEO of Tracker, which he launched in 2012 to build recruitment technology that works the way recruiters do. Before Tracker he spent nearly two decades in IT services and consulting, including as European Operations Director at Decisions Made Easy, part of The Nielsen Company, and Head of Strategic Bidding at Parity. Since 2024 he has also been CEO of TalentTek, a group of staffing technology businesses.

He writes about where AI earns its place in sourcing and screening, how recruiters find people on LinkedIn, the skills that make a recruiter good at the job, and how to get more from an ATS when the market is tight.
