FAQ
Integration questions, answered
An ATS integration connects your applicant tracking system to another tool, a job board, phone system, or payroll provider, so data flows between them automatically instead of being re-keyed by hand.

Everything stays on one candidate record, so your team works in one place. Search the directory or filter by use case to see the full list.
Yes, through LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC). Candidates, jobs, applications, and activities sync to LinkedIn in near real time, and LinkedIn profiles, InMail conversations, and Hiring Assistant ratings come back into Tracker. Your recruiters keep the conversation, the notes, and the profile in one place instead of switching tabs.
Data flows both ways, so your recruiters stop switching tabs and re-keying. Tracker sends candidates, jobs, applications, and activities to LinkedIn in near real time. LinkedIn sends back exported profiles, InMail conversations, and Hiring Assistant fit ratings like Top Fit. You can also see live LinkedIn profiles inside Tracker, and Tracker flags candidates who have closed their profile.
Click “Export to ATS” on any LinkedIn profile and Tracker creates the candidate or updates the existing record. When you switch the integration on, Tracker also syncs everything created or updated in the last two years to LinkedIn, so your recruiters start with current data on day one.
Yes. Email you send from Outlook can be started and logged in Tracker, so candidates get a normal-looking message from you and your team sees the full history on the candidate record. You can also add applicants and candidates straight from your Office 365 inbox.
Tracker connects with RingCentral, Ringover, CloudCall, Microsoft Teams, and more, so calls, texts, and notes land on the candidate record without extra typing. With Teams, for example, you can make, receive, and transfer calls inside Tracker and save notes to the profile. Using a different system? Our open API can often connect it, so ask us.
Yes. Tracker has a native e-signature tool built in, so you can send offer letters and contracts for signature without leaving the candidate record. If you need something more advanced, Tracker also works with tools like DocuSign, RightSignature, and Onboarded. Either way, candidates sign faster and the signed copy stays on their record.
Yes. Tracker connects with QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero for invoicing and accounting, and with Everee and Employdrive for payroll and HR. PayNow lets clients pay invoices online. Your placements, invoices, and payroll stay in step without double entry. If your provider isn’t listed, the open API can often connect it.
Yes, both. They move information from Tracker to thousands of apps automatically, so your team stops copying data by hand and spends that time on candidates and clients.
Yes. Tracker’s open API reads and writes data, so you can connect tools that aren’t in our directory and keep your data in one place however your stack changes. There’s also an MCP connector, so your AI tools can work with your Tracker data. Tell us what you need wired in and we’ll point you the right way.
Tell us what you need. Our open API reads and writes data, so it can connect almost any tool that isn’t in the directory, and it works with Zapier and Make to move information automatically without manual copying. We’re also adding new partners to the directory all the time, so use “Suggest an Integration” and we’ll point you the right way.
It depends on which integrations you need. Tools like DocuSign, QuickBooks, or a job board keep their own subscriptions with the provider, and we’ll show you what’s included with Tracker for your setup. Get a demo and we’ll walk through exactly what your tools would look like.
Usually not. Most of our integrations are native, so setup is typically a switch you flip on in the backend of Tracker, and Tracker or the integration partner walks you through any configuration. Integrations do vary, though, so let’s talk through what you’re interested in and we’ll show you exactly what setup looks like for your tools. If you want a custom connection through the open API, a developer can help, and Zapier and Make let non-technical users connect apps without writing code.
